Who we are
Caramel was founded in the early 1990's by Pat “Caramel” Régné, then a prominent DJ on the New York night club scene.
We first started as “Caramel Audio”, specializing in DJ Sound Systems, and designing and installing sound systems in Clubs, Bars and Restaurants in NYC. As we evolved, in 2000 we became Caramel Sound Music & Lights, providing not only Audio, but also Lighting, and eventually Video and Staging.
We are based in NYC with capabilities in Paris, Switzerland, or really anywhere you need us. We are owned and operated by Pat “Caramel” Régné and his Daughter, Nadine Régné.
